Going thru my tear sheets I realized I keep coming back to the same things over and over
I really love the soft, quiet, comfortable glow of these rooms
Not too loud, not too quiet, not too modern, not too traditional.
At the end of the day I really just want a warm cocoon to unwind in, dream, read a book...
These sheer shades are so dreamy
Love the more contemporary art with the traditional, classic lines of the dresser and headboard
It takes a bit of work to achieve this effortless, classic softness when working within a bargain basement budget
This room has that same glow, but in lovely red ticking. No modern touches here just wholesome goodness.
This room feels like cookies, old books, and a cup of tea to me.
same glow in a dining room
I think I'll make a rustic console as a long bedside table
I may have to add a touch of fur for afternoon naps
At any rate I am inching the ball forward ever so slightly,
every day...
I wish I could wave a magic wand and have everything appear as easy as pinning to my pinterest
or finding on Houzz

where I found my tv inspiration
This weekend, magic wand in hand
I mounted and framed the tv
and cut the fabric for two more of my drapery panels
I have a big old book of audubon prints to surround the tv
A large grouping might be nice
