Charlottesville and my growing list!

I just got back form Charlottesville, Va

What a wonderful town to visit.  Charlottesville is the home of UVA and Jefferson's Monticello

 So many shops to browse

 Caspari was my absolute favorite

I wanted everything!

I must paint the interior of something coral

Two Chinoiserie panels flanked the entry

 gorgeous colorful lanterns everywhere
 Love this memo board

The antique store had lots of colorful inspiration too.  Can't wait to start painting!

We visited the Buddha store too, aahh, namaste

Lots of good micro brewery beer....The Port City was my favorite

The views from Carter Mountain Orchard overlooking the city were amazing

Of course we stopped at Monticello.  Jefferson is definitely my crush president.

A great DIY fence idea

What a great little spot to meditate

Lots of great colonial garden ideas

I loved this bird banner at the museum shop.  I think it was around $69

I really wanted this revolving book stand.

I'm going to attempt to make one of these for my daughter.

I have so many new DIY's added to my list!

Summer is always so busy, how will I get them done...

Just before I left I scored this gorgeous vintage tole chandelier...

I have no idea where to put it but it was too good to pass up at $75
